On February 24, over a hundred people gathered on the Boles Campus for a reception and open house for the newly renovated Right Start Program residence. The Right Start Program, which is designed for expectant or first-time single mothers, has been an Arms of Hope Program for years but is new to the Boles Campus. The newly renovated home hosts a suite for a live-in staff member, five suites for expectant mothers, a computer lab, community kitchen, dining area and laundry room. While providing an alternative to abortion, the program also provides shelter, necessities and life skills for mothers in an environment where they can learn to care for their newborn babies.
